Why are there millions of unemployed workers gripped at the edge of their seats waiting to hear whether or not they will continue to get unemployment insurance benefits? Because Obama is far too busy working on things like cap and trade, or finding lawyers to sue Arizona for wanting their handful of jobs to go to actual legally employable people. Maybe all those meetings with BP has been too much a distraction. Oh, I know it was the health care bill...no, it must have been the thousands of speeches he done trying to convince the masses that he has created real jobs. The really sad part is that those of us that are unemployed know how bad it is and know there are no created jobs otherwise we might actually be employed. But I suppose we are just too stupid. Maybe he didnt spend enough time trying to explain it to us.
You know what....I am sick of Obama. I am sick of congress. I am sick of the senate and every politician in existence. I suggest an overhaul of their way of life. I suggest we spend all of our excess time (since we are in the millions) making sure they can no longer enjoy their lifestyles in the way they have become accustomed. Maybe then they could feel the weightiness of our situation. Maybe then they could understand. Probably not. But I say we each adopt a politician in office who is a known supporter of Obama and a 'no-voter' for the UI benefit extension and make it our personal goal to get them out of office. I also suggest we find a way to get rid of their benefits. They should be required to purchase their own insurance. that would help decrease the deficit. While we are at it we need to decrease their salaries and cease payments once their duties have been served. We have paid for it long enough and their time is up.
